Bejeweled Blitz is a more action-packed version of the classic color matching game. This version keeps the same basic concept of having to match up three or more jewels of the same color. The difference is that there is now a countdown timer in the corner. Time begins counting down from 60 seconds when the game starts. Players need to think and move fast in order to make as many matches as possible that time. The game ends when the timer stops.
